These terms govern your use of airfinns.com and the booking services provided by VJS Travel LLC ("Airfinns", "we", "us"). By using the site or making a booking, you agree to them.
1. Our role
Airfinns is an independent travel agency acting as an intermediary between you and the airlines. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline. Your contract of carriage is with the airline, whose conditions of carriage and fare rules apply to your travel.
2. Prices and availability
Fares are subject to availability and may change until a ticket is issued. If the fare changes before issue, we will contact you before charging any different amount. The total shown at checkout includes the airline fare, taxes and charges, and our service fee.
3. Booking and payment
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of all traveller information, including names matching government-issued ID. At checkout you authorise VJS Travel LLC to charge the total shown; an authorisation hold is placed and your card is charged when your ticket is issued. Your card statement may show VJS Travel LLC and/or the airline as the merchant.
4. Ticketing
A booking is confirmed when the airline issues an e-ticket. Most tickets are issued within minutes; some require review of up to 24 hours. We may cancel a booking that cannot be verified, and will refund any amount charged.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Governed by the airline's fare rules and our Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Service Fees & Taxes.
6. Travel documents
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, travel authorisations and health documents. Airfinns does not issue travel documents. Denied boarding for document reasons is not a ground for refund from Airfinns.
7. Schedule changes
Airlines may change schedules. We will notify you using the contact details provided; please keep them up to date.
8. Liability
Airfinns is not liable for the acts or omissions of airlines, including delays, cancellations, overbooking, lost baggage or injury. Our liability for our own services is limited to the service fees paid to us, except where the law does not permit such limitation.
9. Website use
You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, automated scraping, or speculative or fraudulent bookings.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which VJS Travel LLC is registered and applicable US federal law.
