The Service Fees of Airfinns

Service fees are added to certain bookings by Airfinns so that they can process reservations, provide customer care, and manage bookings. The amount that displays at checkout is the only amount that will be charged to your account. You can always see the total before you pay.

We have included a thorough explanation of all applicable service fees below.

Fees for Air Ticket Services

When purchasing plane tickets, a service fee is typically added.

• Includes flights inside the US as well as those to other countries
• There is a $50 cap on the total amount that can be charged per passenger

Costs Associated with Hotel Reservation Services

Every hotel reservation made via Airfinns may be subject to a service fee.

• All lodging reservations are included
• Maximum charge: $42 per booking

Reservation Costs for Car Rental Services

Car reservations may also be subject to a service fee per hire.

• Includes: Any and all automobile rental bookings
• Every rental can cost no more than $40

Rates of Exchange

The payment page automatically converts all service charges into your local currency.

Traveler Categories

Service fees may apply to all types of passengers, including but not limited to adults, children, newborns, students, and members of the armed forces.

Procedure for Refunding Service Fees

• The majority of the time, service costs are non-refundable.
• If you decide to cancel your booking within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund of the service charge.
• If you choose to cancel with less than 24 hours to spare, we will not reimburse your payment.

Service prices can and will be changed at any time.

Important Update on Prices

The final total you see will not be affected by any changes made to the amounts of service fees after you proceed to checkout.

Make sure you double-check the total before confirming your reservation.

Exceptions for Service Fees

When compared to standard airfare reservations, some bookings may incur higher service costs:

• Vacation packages: up to $50 for every passenger
• Business and first class tickets can cost up to $200 for person
• Costs as much as $100 per person for different cities and open-jaw tours
• For searches that include different dates or nearby airports, each traveler could be charged up to $55
• Value deals and fusion fares can save you up to $100 each person
• Maximum of $100 per traveler for reservations involving unaccompanied minors

Costs of Contact Center Reservations

Reservations made through Airfinns's contact center may incur higher service fees in comparison to internet reservations.

Extremely complex itineraries, such as:

• Multi-stop trips
• Worldwide routes

Prices for contact center services can range from $15 to $250 per traveler, with reductions available for seniors. Bookings for contact centers might have extra premium service features added to them.
